Full list of Govt MPs’ properties damaged by unruly mobs.

The Chief Government whip’s Office has released a list on the properties of Government MPs that were damaged by unruly mobs during the recent unrest that took place in Sri Lanka.

  1. Mahinda Rajapaksa – Weeraketiya house damaged.
  2. Mahinda Rajapaksa – The museum, including the parent monuments, has been destroyed.
  3. Mahinda Rajapaksa – The statue of the father has been destroyed.
  4. Dinesh Gunawardena – Boralugoda office set on fire and historical documents destroyed.
  5. Dinesh Gunawardena – Damage to Kirulapone house.
  6. Ramesh Pathirana – Galle house set on fire.
  7. Prasanna Ranatunga- Home, office, meeting hall, Motorcycles and 03 vehicles were set on fire.
  8. Wimalaweera Dissanayake – Damage was done to the house and the son’s house.
  9. Mohan Priyadarshana de Silva – Two houses in Galle and Rathgama were set on fire.
  10. Mohan Priyadarshana de Silva – The Rathgama office has been set on fire.
  11. Vidura Wickramanayake – Home, office and 03 vehicles were damaged.
  12. Shehan Semasinghe – Three vehicles belonging to a house were set on fire.
  13. Kanaka Herath: Hon 02 houses, office and 04 vehicles were set on fire
  14. Kanchana Wijesekera – One floor of the house was set on fire and the rest and 03 vehicles were damaged
  15. Thenuka Vidanagamage -Two buses were set on fire. Two buildings have been damaged.
  16. Nalaka Godahewa – Gampaha office and house set on fire.
  17. Channa Jayasumana – The Anuradhapura office has been set on fire.
  18. Nasir Ahmed – Home, office, 02 factories, a shop and a restaurant were set on fire
  19. Arundika Fernando – Home, office, vehicle set on fire.
  20. Sanath Nishantha – Home, office, 03 motorcycles, 02 tractors and 01 three wheeler were set on fire.
  21. Tharaka Balasuriya – A house and 03 vehicles were set on fire.
  22. Indika Anuruddha – 2 vehicles,  motorcycles, 02 offices and 02 houses were set on fire.
  23. Siripala Gamalath – Giritale home and office set on fire.
  24. Anuradha Jayaratne – The Gampola office has been damaged.
  25. D.V Chanaka – The Tangalle office has been damaged.
  26. Sisira Jayakody – The office was damaged.
  27. Prasanna Ranaweera -Home, 06 vehicles and office were set on fire
  28. D.B. Herath – Variyapola house set on fire
  29. Sitha Arambepola -Damage was done to 2 vehicles and the house
  30. Rohana Dissanayake – The house was damaged
  31. Shantha Bandara -The house, 03 motorcycles, 01 jeep and 01 three wheeler were set on fire. Crops have been damaged
  32. Piyal Nishantha de Silva – The house was damaged
  33. Ashoka Priyantha -02 houses and 14 vehicles were set on fire. The business premises has been damaged.
  34. Sumith Udukumbura -02 houses and 01 vehicle were set on fire. Another vehicle was damaged
  35. Akila Saliya Ellawala -Damage to home, office and 02 vehicles
  36. Lalith Ellawala – The office was damaged
  37. Jagath Kumara Sumithraarachchi – The office was damaged
  38. Nalaka Kottegoda The house is on fire. The office and 03 vehicles (including 01 government vehicle) were damaged
  39. Kokila Gunawardena – The house, brother’s house and 02 vehicles were set on fire.
  40. Milan Jayatilleke – The house, 01 vehicle and 05 motorcycles were set on fire
  41. Isuru Dodangoda – The jeep belonging to the mother was damaged.
  42. Premnath Dolawatta – The house was damaged
  43. Nandasena -The house was damaged
  44. S.M. Chandrasena -Damage to home, office, auditorium and business premises
  45. Mahindanananda Aluthgamage – The Nawalapitiya office has been damaged
  46. Rohitha Abeygunawardena – 02 offices, 02 houses and 01 motorcycle were set on fire.
  47. Namal Rajapaksa – The wife’s house was set on fire
  48. Roshan Ranasinghe – ‘Polonnaruwa house damaged and equipment stolen. Two vehicles were damaged.
  49. Shashindra Rajapaksa – Sevanagala house set on fire.
  50. Jayantha Ketagoda – Damage to home and brother’s home
  51. Amarakeerthi Athukorala – The house is on fire. The vehicle was damaged. The MP has been assassinated
  52. Sampath Athukorala -The house was damaged and 02 rooms were set on fire
  53. Janaka Thisakuttiarachchi The house was damaged
  54. Piyum Anupa Paskuwal – has caused damage to his house in Matugama.
  55. Chinthaka Amal Mayadunna – damage to his house and office.
  56. Nipuna Ranawaka – damage to the office.
  57. Ali Sabri Rahim – set fire to 02 houses, office, 01 cab, 08 motorbikes and business premises.
  58. Ajith Rajapaksa – damage to a bus.
  59. Gunathilake Rajapaksa – damage to the office.
  60. Upul Mahendra Rajapaksa – damage to his house.
  61. Rajika Wickramasinghe – House in Yatiyantota has been damaged.
  62. Sahan Pradeep Chithana – The house has been damaged.
  63. D Weerasinghe- house and motorcycle were set on fire.
  64. Kapila Athukorala -The house was damaged.
  65. Geetha Kumarasinghe -02 houses and 03 vehicles were set on fire.
  66. Gunapala Ratnasekera – The house set on fire
  67. Chamal Rajapaksa – Magama house, Tissa house, Medamulana house and Tissa office were set on fire
  68. Johnston Fernando – All Homes, vehicles, offices and businesses were set on fire and damaged.
  69. Gamini Lokuge – 03 houses, 02 vehicles and 02 offices were set on fire.
  70. Bandula Gunawardena -Two houses and two vehicles were damaged
  71. Janaka Bandara Tennakoon – Dambulla house set on fire
  72. C.B. Ratnayake -The crossroads office has been set on fire
  73. Keheliya Rambukwella – The house is on fire.
  74. Samanpriya Herath’s house, office and vehicle were set on fire
  75. Lalith Warna Kumara Manju – Home and office were damaged
  76. Chandima Weerakkody’s house and office in Hapugala have been set on fire
  77. Nimal Lansa – damage by setting fire to his house, vehicle and business premises.
  78. Piyankara Jayaratne – damage to Madampe House.
